I have booked a consignment to the following address "National Securities Depository Limited 3rd Floor, Sapphire Chambers Near Baner Telephone Exchange Baner, Pune - 411 045. Tel: 020 - 2721 8080". That is for change of pan card application. Over the consignment I have clearly mentioned all the details. I booked it on 13th Aug. I have been tracing it for last one week but there is no use. I called to NSDL department and asked about my documnet (consignment), they say they nevere got my documents. This document I have sent from Hyderabad DTDC courier office, located in Madhapur, it's phone number is 040-66255333. When I contact these guys they say, it is delivered, but they didnt give me any acknowledge number also. Please do needful for me.
The DTDC is misleading me. Not responsible for my consignment.
Please help me.
