I have sent a courier (parsel) containing garments to my sister in pune by dtdc courier on 23.02.10 via reciept no z06427856. The dtdc people asured me that the parsel would be delivered on 25.02.10 & would go via mumbai.

But today when i checked it online the status was in transit as this parsel went from jodhpur to delhi to gurgoan to pune

Please let me know the reason for delay & harasment
