Non-receipt E-tickets, Refund against un-processed e-tickets

Sir,

I have booked an e-ticket on 07.11.2008 vide reference No:

0075046896. The booking of ticket could not be processed

but the booking amount (cost of ticket plus charges) have

been debited to my bank account. Message was appeared that

booking could not be processed due to communication

problem, the amount will be refunded. BUT THE AMOUNT SO

DEBITED TO MY ACCOUNT HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED TO ME BY

CREDIT TO BANK ACCOUNT.

PLEASE LOOK IN TO MY COMPLAINT.
