1. I have a Aqua Nova Water Purifierl with me which is under Annual Maintenance Contract, through Eureka Forbes Pathankot (Punjab) Service Centre, contact No 01862234162. It is presently not functioning properly and requires servicing. During last two weeks, I have put sevice request three times, however no one from Company service centre has attended to the request, inspite of repeated reminders over tele.
2. The above amounts to gross deficiency in services. May I request for your assistance in ensuring that the service request is attended to at the earliest.
