No technician visit
Dear Sir
I am very distressed by the extremely bad customer response by Eureka Forbes Ltd. I have a RO REVIVA which has stopped working within 3 weeks of purchase. I called up and requested for a technician visit. It has been 3 days since we are drinking impure water and there is no call or visit from the technician. My daughter is expecting a baby and we bought the new Water Purifier for the safety of my daughter and her unborn child. But what is the use? Its Summer and we are suffering without water. The customer care center people always assure me the technician will come but it never happens. I am at my wits end to get a technician to fix my problem.

I always imagined that Eureka Forbes to be a good customer-centric company but obviously they do not care about their customers!
