DEAR SIR,

WE HAD BOOKED A WATER PURIFIER GOLD NOVA THROUGH YOUR REP MR GANESH ON 20 JULY

HIS ID NO IS 9035793.

THIS BOOKING WAS MADE ON REPLACEMENT OF OLD AQUA GUARD MACHINE & WITH SEPERATE BOOSTER

PUMP. THE CHEQUE FOR THE FULL AMOUNT WAS GIVEN TO HIM ON 20th JULY ITSELF.

THE REPRESENTATIVE PROMISED TO INSTALL THE MACHINE IN 3 DAYS. HE BROUGHT THE MACHINE

AFTER 5 DAYS BUT UNFORTUNATELY NOBODY TURNED UP TO INSTALL THE MACHINE TILL DATE.

I PUT IN A REQUEST AT 39883434 ABOUT 8 DAYS BACK & THE REQUEST NO IS 9045743349.

TO DATE NOBODY HAS COME TO INSTALL THE MACHINE.

I REQUEST YOU TO IMMEDIATELY REFUND MY ENTIRE AMOUNT WITH INTEREST AND TAKE BACK YOUR

MACHINE AS I AM VERY MUCH DISSATISFIED BY YOUR SERVICE.

YOUR IMMEDIATE ACTION WOULD BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED & WOULD ENABLE ME TO BUY A NEW

UNIT FROM ANOTHER COMPANY WHO HAS PROMISED MUCH BETTER SERVICE.
