I have purchased Eureka Fobres Water Purifier and after warranty gave its AMC to M/s Satisfaction Services, Shalimar Apartments, South Extension Part-II, New Delhi [Owner - Mrs. Agrawal - Mobile No.9810205887] for which I paid Rs.1, 000/= for a period of one year, which is expiring in September. At the time of AMC, I was promised regular service checks and replacement of candle. It is going to complete one year and no service has been provided by Eureka Forbes / M/s Satisfaction Services [their Franchisee]. I have been phoning her up since 7th August-09 and eveytime being given a promise that the complaint will be attended immediately.
It appears that with connivance of the Company Eureka Forbes, a large syndicate appointed by them is operating in various cities of India and duping money from consumers of Eureka Forbes in the name of AMC without providing any service. To protect others from getting duped, it is essential that police complaint is registered against them and matter taken up with Consumer Court.
I have posted a compliant with their Head Office at Mumbai today [022-30268205] and have been assured that servicing of water purifier machine will be attended today itself. In case, the complaint is not attended in next one or two days, I will initiate legal action / complaint against the Company / Franchisee.
