Dear Sir,
We have purchased one Water Purifier from Eureka Forbes (Model: Acqua Guard Total Gold) on 12-12 itself. Though it has been installed by them on 14-12, the same has been put in their records that the same has been installed on 13-12.
We are amazed to hear from their office on 13-12, when asked whether the unit has been installed, only we came to know that they are only for the sale of the machines and not for the customer satisfaction. After that when it was told to them that the same was not installed, they sent a person to install the unit by around 9.30 pm on 14-12.
That too the tray has been damaged. And after so many repeated calls to their office, they have changed the tray after a month.
And it has been told to us that they will come for service once in two months. But even after we have lodged a complaint that the unit is not working properly, they have not even bothered to attend the problem. We have made a complaint also yesterday. But of no use. The customer care department has told that they could not give us the complaint number, since there was some problem in their system and informed us that they will be sending their person to look into it yesterday itself.
So far nobody has turned up for attending the complaint.
Hence I request you to kindly give us, in what way we can approach the Consumer Court, to file a suit against this company.
We hope to get a good suggestion in this regard.
