I have applied for broadband in apr and subsequently cancelled on 02.07.2008 for which I have submitted application at alipore as no connection was given during this period.

in july bill they added 2500.00 as brodband charge is not under stood as i have applied for disconnection.

for amendment and fresh bill i have applied at behala exchange acct officer in July but no action has been taken by them and my telephone disconnected without nothing of my fault.

Now bill for sep 08 has come.

Kind advise and do needful to give fresh bill for july and retrive my telephone line.

I am ready topay the bill.
