Not getting refund

1.i was a lotery retailer with dhandhanadhan.but after a while punjab govement banned the business of lotery in punjab.

2.So i gave the lotery machine to thier regional office in chandigarh in order to get my refund back.but since (sep-06) than i havent got my refund.

3.Earlier they were attending my phone but now they have made that number not working.so now i need ur help to solve problem.thank u.
