I had booked 2 products from Gift 360 of which they delivered one and the 2nd product which was to be delivered in 4 - 6weeks was constantly being delayed. Booking of the product was done in July 08.
Finally, when I communicated that I would lodge a complaint, their representative calls back and says that they cannot deliver the product and they will send me the cheque. This was in Nov 08.
Since then, I have not received my cheque and they continue to deduct the EMI!
They are suppossed to be an ISO certified company. I seriously wonder how they manage to get their recertifications!
