I sent a birthday gift to my very close friend on 20th- oct monday... through EMS speed post... but its not delivered yet... its almost 5 days since i sent that item.

this is 1st time i used Your EMS service and this delay made me switch on to other services thogh i wanted to use government services only. i feel very sorry for your service.
