Defective product and poor service

I ms sakina from mumbai, had bought wahing machine in april model nr GDA 902.within 15 days, machine had started giving me problems, since it was warrenty period their mechanic came and repair it free, after that 3 times in warrenty period only one part that is belt which lets the machine spin and gets the clothes dried got damaged, this was in november april and june.for june they charged me Rs.500 as warrenty period was finished.as soon as my machine got repaired, very next day another problem arrised of water contineously flowing even when machine is off, when i am calling them they are charging me money and pressurising me to do a contract of some 2800 rs for 2 yrs.i spoke to senior person also in godrej, MR.PARMAR AND MR.VINAY MASKE.BUT no solution i ve till far received. I am very much dissatisfied with the service and will NEVER EVER recommend anybody to buy godrej products. I ma shocked and surprised that instead of repairing my machine they want me to sign a contract of RS 2800 for 2 yrs.why???
