Defective battey kit to be replaced

Dear sir,

I am V.S.Krishnan from Coimbatore, I have purchased the hindustan pure it on Jan'06. Now, I want to replace my battery kit. I have placed an order with hindustan pure it customer care on 8.4.09. The promised me to that the will deliver the kit within the 3 working days, but still now we have not received any response from them. Whenever we contact the customer care, they assured to be replaced in 3 working days. But, i get nothing other than the false promises made by the customer care executives. Now, we feel that we made a wrong choice by opting this product.

After seeing this complaint, i hope you will look into the matter and resolve it soon.
