I hadpurchased one Compaq Presario Desk Top SG 3053IL from M/s. GURU Infosys, 6/268, tradecentre building, YMCA Cross road, Calicut, Kerala vide Invoice no.15106 dt. 23/8asper the scheme for Onam Festival offer. According to them, some of the free gift items ie. Web Camera and Head set were to be sent to us directly b y the HP India directly by post within a few days. Though more than 83 days have passed, we have not received the said items nolr any intimation(.) On enquiry M/s. Guru informed us that the same would be received within one month(.) The same is yet to be received(.) Pl. arrange to send the same immediately
