I had purchase HP Pavilion desktop model no- a6511in Home pc on dated 26/10 from Darlaghat (Himachal Pradesh). Which serial no is INA8290FL3, With this product there was one scheme one that time for gift. on this subject regarding i am allready send all required document along with the DD in favor of M/S Innovative incentives & Events Pvt Ltd for Ruppes 1500/ on dated 07/11. After that they are alloted my Redemption code:- 26821 and my file no is 26848. But yet i have not received any gift from your end.
So kindly look on this matter and as early as possible and revert back me at the earlist, oterwise i am bound to go consumer court.
