Not receipt of free gift after 5months

I have bought a hp laptop on 29th sept.according to the conditions i have sent all the documents and BANK DRAFT OF rs-990 to the given address.a kodak digital camera should be sent to me within6weeks. BUT i have not got any such gift . for ur coformation i am giving my details again here.
