Deducted payment without informing

I had made a cash payment towards my credit card in th month of august through Bank Executive, who came to my off to collect the payment, But so far bank did not receive the payment, since then i have been following for the same, I have sent bank the payment receipt details, i have all the details, but nobody responded my back, now they have deducted payment of rs 25000 from my saving account without iinforming me.

Please look in the matter.
