I had booked the order for two swatch watches, 1 reebok wallet and one key ring for Rs 3199 through ICICI Bank credit card. The offer number is M-COMMERCE/0GA090003558. I had made the booking on 25th Jan and i had personally requested to get this delivered before 10th feb
The membership number is ITBC 09844497 (as confirmed by the customer services department over phone - Dinesh Sahani)
However the shipment was not delivered and i was given a wrong information by the customer service executive. After calling mltiple times I have been given an information that I will recieve the consignment before 20th feb but till date i have not recieved any thing.
When i have checked again with the Book Club customer service number I was given the TNT courier service number and when I checked with them, they mentioned that the order is returned because they have not been able to find me at the address
Now I want to cancel the order since 25th Feb and get my money back however everytime I call service centre I am given a different email id from which the email bounces back.

I am requesting them again and again to return my money back to my credit card as soon as possible but this has been of no use.
I hope that with this complaint, I would see some solution to the issue
