Online purchases made on 2nd feb; towards an offer given by India today Book Club is still not received. the payment made from credit card was first said to be not honoured by the credit card company, further on enquiry it was understood that the payment was already credited to India today book club. the AWB number was not given on time and thus the shipment was returned as per the blue dart Waybill no. tracker which a representative of India today book club is denying. I do not know if I would be receiving the order or not, as the helpline number is making me more helpless as nobody can get through it without trying 15 -20 times. If this online purchse company is having so many complaints some action needs to be taken against it. atleast they should not be allowed to send any promos.
