Refund of Money for failed transaction

Hi

I got mail from from irctc.co.in, naming me as a confirm winner for reebok fitness kit which after discount cost me Rs 3199. I showed my interest in the offer and applied for that online. Next day I got call from India today book club, I paid online from my credit card.

I got message from my HDFC bank account " thank you for using your HDFC bank credit card for 3199.00 in Living Media India Ltd @ 26 Feb 11.23 am"

Next day I got message from LM- Book club that that your transaction got failed. But they didn't revert back the money charged from my credit card account for the failed tranaction.

So Please credit money back to my credit card for failed transaction.
