Non Receipt of Free Gift

I have purchased books worth Rs.2598/- from India Today on that I got offer for Free Airlines ticket which is mentioned in the subject bearing the voucher no: : IT9737 and Invoice No: ORA090009308, my membership no: ITBC09853247

I have completed all the formalities of registration and send the Form to the given address dully filled up. Till now no reply or no Ticket Voucher arrived to my door.
