Dear Sir/Madam
I had ordered a BRITANICA enclyclopedia pack from web with order number MITBC-WEB-1664949/50 on 28/may.
I have recieved my order of CDs today on 14 june. but the order number differs that i have in my mail. the CDs which i have recieved has order number 0GA080020463.
I also have not received my Gifts i.e Addidas bag and free holiday vouchers...
they gave me a time period of 2 - 5 weeks for dispatching the order.
later this year i got a mail from them regarding Addidas shoes at 72% discount. i paid it through my credit card but have not received the shoes till now. the turnover time for the delivery was 2-3 weeks.
Kindly look into the matter please
