Hi,
I had ordered 3 Benetton Sunglasses on 13th May and had recieved "Incomplete" parcel with just ONE piece of Sunglasses on 4th June. Since then I am communicating with India Today Book Club customer care department on phone as well as through email but have not yet got a positive response.
Initially I was promised that I will get the remaining two sunglasses in a week's time which I did not recieve, hence, I requested for a refund of the payment of undelievered items. I have not yet recieved the refund amount and neither the date when I will recieve it from any customer care executive.
I expect amount to be refunded ASAP.
