REEBOK TRAINER KIT NOT RECEIVED

I had ordered for a REEBOK trainer kit online, the amount for which has been deducted from mu account.

The kit has not been delivered yet at my postal address.

Inspite of numerous reminders in the form of mails and phone calls, I am receiving just apologies and no action.

Here is an excerpt of the mails sent and received by me:

This is in reference to the offer I had got regarding the discount on Reebok ttrainer kit.

I had done the transaction for the order of the same on 4th Feb. My transaction id is

MITBC-WEB-02014156.

The transaction has been done through a credit card, but hte deliverables have not been recieved at my

delivery address.

Kindly look into the matter, as it has been more than one month from the date of purchase.
