with Invoice No. ORAO90022795 Dt.21.03.2009 Order No. OGA090020889
Dt.18.03.2009. I have received the items, as verified in the parcel, the UCB which was in the purchased items list was not found in the box. I have complaint the same through email dt.9.04.2009. and through the online complaints. In response to my complaint you have requested me to give time to send the cap to my address, but so far neither cap or any further information is received from you in this matter. it is regretable. I request you to inform me whether there is any possibulity to get that unsupplied cap or not to avoid further correspondance in this regard.
