Non receipt of free gift

Hi,

This is Srinivasa Rao, I have placed an order for 4 books with a free gift of Reebok watch for Rs.499.

Today I have received the books but there is no free gift.

Order reference no. OGA090001515.

Also the quality of books which was sent is pathetic. It looks the books are of 10 years old.

Kindly send my free gift at the earliest.
