Non receipt of camera

Sir,

I paid by credit card on 07/07 for purchasing Kodak 10.3 MP camera. They have mentioned that they need 3-4 weeks for dispatch. But since now (14/08) I have not received anything. The calls to the toll free numbers are remaining unanswered, but they are responding very well by mail to wait. My order number is ITBC07315423.
