I have order for Gym bag and towel costing Rs.399. the transacction ID is 7770031964. its being almost two month i have not received the merchandise. the payment for the same was done at the time of placing the order. i have called customer care centre several times and send the email for the same but no action taken till date. i have requested them to refund the money back. no action taken till date.
