Dear Sir.
I have received my consignment of Phyllips Home theatre & Reebock watch. But I have not received free gift of 3days & 2nights stay voucher at any disclosed locations. As per the information on the invoice, I have tried tolog on to www.bookstoday.in/promos.htm, which to my surprise is not there at all. When opened it opens as complaints. I am aghast to know such reputation is lost with all consumers & it is a clear cut cheating one and all.
I have my Invoice-No. ORA 090062958, dt.19/8/09 with Membership No. ITBC0991092.
Log in Id given is 129092.
I am not sure on further proceedings, but will definately take up if I find this is cheating. I will not accept if the delay is on company's part for not availing the gift with in 60days as mentioned.
If I am not heard & gift is not sent with in 5days matter will be persued with consumer forum.
