I had bought a Kodak Camera through India Today Book Club for Rs.5998/-. At the time of the purchase, they promised a Holiday Voucher for two nights and three days & one flight voucher for Rs.7000/-. It didn't make any sense. Yet, i was cajoled by the the telemarketing executive and the offer being from India Today Group, I hesitantly agreed to pay.
I never knew that India Today belongs to a pack of cheats and scoundrels. They never keep the promise. They don't even bother to reply if you send them an e-mail. They never respond, even if you are lucky enough to scrape through their telephone helpline.
These con men are out there to get you as well. I have been Cheated. NEVER, NEVER EVER FALL IN TO THEIR TRAP.
