Non reciept of free gifts

Dear Sir,

I had ordered Brittanica word search CD Rom along with two other CDs with free gifts of Adidas bag and holiday coupon for 3 days 2 nights.

My membership no. is ITBC09936817.

I have recieved the Cds but not free gifts after paying the cash amount of 574/- . I was not expecting this from company owned by India today group.

I urge the company to immediately send the free gifts failing which i shall be forced to go in cosumer forum for delivery at companies cost and risk.
