I had ordered "Agatha Christie- Set 0f 7 DVD's" (order number - OGA090014874, invoice number - ORA090014509) with IndiaToday Book Club. With this order I was promised a free gift - Reebok Sunglasses - but this free gift has not been delivered to me yet. Upon contacting India Today Book Club call centre, they gave the excuse that they are facing technical issues with their system because of which they are not able to service my request.
Its been more than 2 months and I have not been updated on the status of my free gift.
On another case, I order United Colors of Benetton watch from India Today Book club. This watch is not working.
