People please be aware with organization indiatodaybookclub.
I have introduced to a holiday package by executive from indiatodaybookclub. worth 2598/- . the offer looked very lucrative so i booked two packages.. later i realized my mistake when i got to know the hidden cost involve in the same which was not told earlier. i have reported this to indiatodaybookclub with the executive name who did not tell the hidden things. i have requested them to cancel my booking which i suppose they agreed however its fourth month running i did not get refund.
every day i come to office and write mail to indiatodaybookclub and same response 'apologies' ..
Please suggest what should i do
