Non receipt of goods

I had paid Rs.- (800 600 600) to ITBC by three cheques during October08 to December08 (all three debited from account) for a pack of 20 devotional cds. But its July 09 and I have still, not yet received the pack and neither have I got the refund inspite of infinite requests on the phone and the mail. Kindly help me out.
