PLease refer to my complaint No. 13916 submitted online to you regarding cheating by ITBC & Aone Foundation Trust, Delhi, both these organisations have cheated me and took a substantial amonut.
In this connection I received a phone call from you (Ph. no. 01204078038) enquiring about the incident. After listning to my complaint, your representative informed me that he will look into my complaint and call me back soon, but after 4 long days have passed and I have no more communication with him or any other representative of yours. Moreover when I tried to contact on above number I am unable to do so, as it is not responding.
Please look into the matter and cummunicate to me.
