Payment made but did not receive the items

I had purchased the Britannica Encyclopedia CDs on 21st July. It also included a free Gift Voucher worth Rs. 5000 from Surat Diamonds and a Tupperware Lunch Box. I had made this purchase for Rs. 525.

I received the payment confirmation email from them stating my Order Number and that the order will be recieved within 2-3 weeks. I had sent an email to the same e-mail ID on 19th August. However, I have not received a reply from them. My Order Number is MITBC-WEB-0686467.

Please assist in getting my order or have the money returned to me.
