In receipt of invoice no> ORAG90051117, vide order n> OGAO90051474, Loc ID: A, Invoice dtd.25th March'09, the unique number to claim the special offer 21519350A090051117. when the order was placed I suppose to receive the free gifts attached to the particular order i.e. Reebok T-shirt & Reebok bag along with the order, but when the parcel received it was with out the gifts mentioned, this shows that, the company never intended to give the gift and only to harass the customer. diplomatically on top of the parcel there was a sticker pested where it was written the free gifts offer is inside the pack.
I therefore urge to send my free gifts as mentioned by you and acknowledge the communication with respect.
