In October I had sent DD for Rs.2199 (dated Oct 24) towards the purchase of 'COMPLETE HISTORY OF THE WORLD’ where I would be entitled to get Free Gifts worth Rs.11899, but I haven't received either the book or the free gifts. That has prompted me to cancel the order and the cancellation was done on 14 April. Till date I haven’t received the refund amount of Rs.2199. I have called and mailed them several time, but every attempt turned futile. I am planning to go the legal way now. - M. Thomas (9567866430)
