No mag & delayed gift

Dear, I applied for 5 years subscription of Business Today mg, I send acheq in first week of Jan. It got cleared on 22-01-08.I got my first mag on 29-01-08, & was assured for the gift in 6-8 weeks

But after rolling al stones I got gift after16 weeks.

but now I am not getting any issue after that, ie 1Jun, 16 Jun, 30 Jun
