I have placed an order worth Rs.6698 on 13/10 for Art'd Inox dinner set for which my booking id is 7770062311. I have not received the same till 19th January. I have spent lot of money on STD calls to know the status. I have not received any information from them till today. In the month of December I have made a complaint to them for which they have given a complaint no.265760 which is not solved and is still pending. So, I humbly request you to take an immediate action to solve my problem.
