I prefer to have a good and cordial relation with your club provided the services are good. But to my dismay I am not quite satisfied with you. During September I have purchased a books buddy for which I am supposed to get a "Tupperware". In your earlier communication it has been mentioned as "you received the parcel within in 15 workings days". But I haven't seen the package till date. I have ordered for the Gift.
While applying it has been mentioned that 15 days are required for processing. I feel it is almost 2 month since I ordered and wonder I have to wait for quite some more time to see the Gift package.
I can assure you that if the gift pack and the Adidas shoe doesn't reach by this week end or atleast by 10th I shall discontinue from ur other promotional events and never patronize your club offers and shall let my friends know about my decision so that they can take their stand. Also I preferred giving a 1 yr subscription package as gift to a good /acquainted friend which I, feel, should drop at the moment going by the way the
services are offered.
