I have placed on order based on the mail from India today to buy Reebok Shoe holiday package value at Rs 2599.
The order number MITBC WEB 0933126 dated 29th sep.
The money Rs 2599 has been debited in my credit card on 29th Sep and confirmation has been given to delivery the above goods with in 2-3 weeks.
But after repeated follow up & mail. I have got a set of CDs on 7th of November. Again i have followed with them to cancel the order due to the extrordinary delay and get the money refund.
Based on the mail confirmation from India today book club, I have cancelled the order and return the CDs by courier on 15th Nove. which has been recived by them on 19th of November.
After my repeated follow ups to get the money for the cancelled order, i have got a surpise on 6th of December the company has again sent the Reebok shoe. But this time with out Holiday package.
Despite my repeated mail, i am still not get the money.. I am requesting your help to stop such cheating actvities by this company and in getting this money back to me.
