Paid by credit card but no delivery even after 3.5 months

I ordered for 3 CD britannica pack adidas bag holiday voucher worth Rs. 500 (plus taxes) on Aug 29. Repeated complaints on [email protected] were never answered. On phone, for last 2.5 months, I am getting a new delivery date (next 10-15 days). My order number is MITBC-WEB-0697909.

My set of questions...

1) Why do you take orders when you do not have stocks to deliver?

2) Why don't you change your e-mail address from [email protected] to [email protected] since you never respond on it?

Warning - Either deliver it within coming 15 days or refund my money...
