I registered a complaint on this website as detailed below. While a got a message from itbc asking for info which i provided, there has been no response from them subsequently or a response to the complaint i filed directly on 04/Nov/09. I have not come across a company as 'administratively IMPOTENT' as itbc!!!

Non Receipt of order / refund
ITBC charged my credit card Rs.15, 000.00 on 29/Sep/09. More than a month has passed and there is no sign of the order. I requested for a refund & was asked to send all the information including a copy of bank statement which i did on 04/Nov.
