Free Gift items never received

I am a ITBC member

I made frequent purchase from ITBC

For last Three purchases they say to claim some free gifts from ITBC site by quoting uique ID given to us in invoice (Cash invoice)

But till date from april, may, June offers i paid all cash by VPP but no gifts received from ITBC

This is a fraud & I have made several complaints to [email protected]

last one is

Dear Sir

My India Today Book club member is ITBC07327600

As per your offer I had paid Rs 699 wide your invoice no ORB080114869

but I did not received any free gift with this offer

Unique number to claim was pasted on this offer

dated 24th May

Kindly send gift on urgent basis

Please Before printing, think about the environment
