Dear sir,

I m Md Jawed ahmad. i bought a leaptop model no B28 .S. no -3084AX356149.on 24th april.

cd/dvd readwritter in is not working proberlly. Right click is also not workig.

for this problem i m consulting to a HCL service centre which is situated at HARINIWASH PATNA BIHAR .They told me it is impossible to change ur motherboard, dvd writer.etc.but warranty period is valid

kindly told what can i do
