I purchased a Kenstar Le Pure water purifier a month ago. From the time of installation the purifier is not working. Kenstar sent a mechanic twice and said that they have repaired it. However the purifier is the same as before and non-functional. Now, Kenstar says that they have done what they could and if there is further complaint, I should go to hell!!! Wow, this is Kenstar in India. What does one do in these circumstances?
