Unfortunately, it was my bad wits that I decided to buy this product as it is installed in my office and just to get the same water taste at home I decided to buy this product..
It was delivered and installed at home by one of their Dealers in Jammu: M/s. Karan Enterprises, 42 A/D, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu (Mob: 9419160086)
Problem: Leakage of water bowl on the rear!
Service: Since yesterday the service guys visited twice could not fix, today they dismantled the bowl and said will get it repaced by evening, as tomorrow is Sunday. But when I caled them up at 6 pm the owner Mr. R.K. Raina told me to wait till monday as the office is closed and he is going out of town.
My friends you tell me how dependable they are, drinking water is a bare necessity, I have a wife and two very young kids whose home shall we knock for drinking water. Please help and tell everyone that they are Terrorists... they do not have heart and human value nor they have business ethics.
