My parents are senior citizens and have recently travelled Bangalore London. They are scheduled to travel back to Bangalore on the 23rd of September by a return flight London-Bangalore.
Kingfisher have conveniently decided to cancel their London Bangalore flights and are now only willing to route them via Mumbai. The wait period at Mumbai is about 6 hours.
If I had known that my parents would have to take connecting flights, I would have rather put them on Emirates. the reason we chose Kingfisher is because it was a direct flight.
The customer services are most unhelpful and I have decided to never travel Kingfisher again.
I am now seeking to complain to the AUC in the UK.
